Village Contracts
Before becoming a resident of the Kelly Pines retirement village you will be required to enter into a residence contract in the form of a loan/lease for a period of 99 years.
If you become a resident, the village rules will also be relevant. A copy of this document may be inspected during business hours or you can request a copy to be sent to you free of charge.
